Delivery Coverage

We ship to all states and territories across UK, including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers, and we do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed. The processing time is usually 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders paid via shopifypayment or credit card are verified and processed within 3–5 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on logistics arrangements and delivery locations.

  • In certain situations, shipping times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, carrier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result, delivery times may occasionally be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If delivery fails or is delayed due to an incorrect address, we will assist in resolving the issue, but additional costs may apply.

A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

SMK-UK delivers nationwide through trusted carriers, including Royal Mail and other reliable courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Order processing time is 1–2 business days.

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days.

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days.

  • Remote locations: Additional time may be required depending on local courier routes.

Shipping time is calculated in business days, so weekends are not included. Thanks for your understanding!

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your item using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, Australia Post may redirect your parcel to your local Post Office for collection.

Every parcel is shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging. No labels, branding, or product descriptions are displayed on the outside.

This ensures privacy whether your order is delivered to home, work, or a parcel locker.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Parcels

Cigar-Au is not responsible for:

  • Stolen parcels after delivery

  • Parcels were delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout

  • Lost parcels once handed over to Australia Post or other logistics partners

Once your parcel is scanned into the postal network, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

For concerns about a missing delivery, customers should lodge an enquiry directly with Royal Mail.
